Centro is planning to transition portions of its current Oswego and Fulton bus system to a new fixed-route service. The goal is to provide its transit system riders with easier navigation and more frequency where possible.
The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (Centro) will conduct two public hearings in Oswego County to allow public comments on a redesign of its bus services serving the cities of Oswego and Fulton - scheduled to be implemented in January 2026. The service changes constitute a major service change to Centro’s bus routes in Oswego County according to Centro’s Major Service Change policy.
